Our StartSomeGood Campaign
FourTeachers Project is proud to be accepted for a StartSomeGood fundraising campaign to help build The Desk and launch FourTeachers Project as a 501(c)(3), non-profit organization.
Our campaign will last 60 days starting on Wednesday, 12/20/11, and ending on Saturday, 02/18/11. The tipping point (the point at which we can begin to keep the money we raise) is set at $4,000, with our ultimate goal being to raise $10,000.
$4,000 will allow us to build a limited-function alpha prototype. $8,000 will allow us to build a full-function alpha prototype. $10,000 will allow us to pay for the filing fees and legal costs of becoming a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, so that we can market our alpha prototype to investors and grant funders, and develop the alpha into a full-fledge Texas-beta.

Thank you to all of our friends, family, and co-workers who supported our StartSomeGood fundraising campaign!
During that time, we smoked a delicious brisket, held a trivia night, and played a raucous concert at Cody's Alma Mater. In total we raised close to $8,000 with donations through StartSomeGood and directly to our company. Thank you so much to everyone again, it means so much to have the people we love believe in us! We won't let you down!
We are not stopping here either, we are going on a 2-day retreat next weekend re-group and plan the next phase of building our company. More news to come soon!
